    Rover...where did this guy come from? France, I know but seriously? I've been spinning his debut album all day and it is mind bendingly good. He reminds me of all the great things I like about Daniel Rossen, Interpol and Elbow all thrown into one exciting new artist that came out of nowhere for me. ENjO!
